Jeyhun Hasanov has over two decades of experience in delivering complex projects and programmes across multiple sectors and geographies. His career began in the oil and gas sector in Azerbaijan, where he developed foundational expertise in operational delivery and large-scale project execution. He later transitioned into international humanitarian organisations, leading diverse and high-performing teams to deliver education, relief, financial inclusion, agricultural development, and crisis response initiatives for vulnerable communities.

Following his relocation to the United Kingdom, Jeyhun advanced his professional development through roles as both an internal and external consultant, supporting a broad portfolio of clients across different industries. He subsequently established himself as an independent consultant, enabling him to work more widely with organisations to address operational performance, organisational change, and people-related challenges.
